A powerful combination of 10 years experience in the HR field in hospitality, aged care and retail, as well as business management and leadership roles in the financial services sector gives Tamara the real-life experience to positively impact the people and culture of the businesses she works with.

Tamara loves the vibe of the Harry Styles song ‘Treat people with kindness’ which we think is truly an indication of her caring nature.

A delicious Indian meal with great service at local Ice’n’Spice is a good night out and she loves how Toowoomba really does have everything we need right here!  With great dining and cafes, lovely parks and outdoor spaces and a beautiful theatre combined with the proximity to Brisbane or either Coast, Tamara wouldn’t live anywhere else!

When we asked Tamara what colour her role at Focus HR would be she told us she loves blue because there are so many beautiful shades of blue to appreciate. She imagines there will be lighter & brighter days and some darker days – but there will always be something to appreciate in the variety of these colours/days and functions within her role. What a beautiful sentiment!
