What really is ‘strategy’?

In short, yes. A strategy provides a business and its team a plan on how to move forward, improve and deliver better quality services and products to their customers. It should be invigorating, challenging and achievable all at the same time.
Strategy can align your teams, improve communication, and give direction and clarity to your decisions. This plan should fit on one page and be seen and understood by everyone. Without a clearly defined strategy, businesses are left exposed to the turbulent waves of competition, market risks and no guidelines to navigate through the unforeseen hazards or opportunities of future trends.
